Because products can be changed in infinite ways - by using different materials, combinations, widths, heights, thicknesses, and more - we cannot know in advance how each final version will perform in every situation. In addition, every country applies different laws and safety requirements, and each of our customers sells to different target markets with different expectations and regulations. 2HEX GmbH acts solely as a manufacturer according to the customer’s specifications. If a product or its target market requires testing, certifications, or regulatory approval, this is the sole responsibility of the buyer. 2HEX GmbH does not perform safety testing or provide certifications unless specifically ordered and listed on this invoice.
