The order process:
After you submitted your order, we will email you to ask for your deck design(s) and preferred deck size(s).
Print file:
Please prepare your print file in square format 9" x 33", this will give us enough of a bleed to print your design on the decks by hand.
Please make sure your file has a high resolution. Zoom in until your artwork is as big as it will be on a deck - if you can see pixels, your print will also be pixelated.
To make sure your decks turn out looking as great as you hoped for, our designer will check your artwork after receiving your paid order and reach out to you if your artwork needs any changes.
Timing:
The complete time you have to wait for your decks consists of:
Design Check + Production + Delivery = Total Time
Design Check:
If we receive your designs and they are all good to be printed on decks, the design check can be finished within one to two days. If your designs need changes, we will let you know what must be changed and the design check process begins again once you sent us your updated artwork.
Production: The production takes two weeks.
Delivery takes around 14 days by air or 7 weeks by ocean freight.

Deck quality:
These are decks made for professional skateboarding. The shape and concave is most suitable for street and park riders. The decks have great pop and precise flick. If you are used to riding the best skateboard decks, then will feel just right on our deck shape, concave and kick.
Receiving an international parcel: 2HEX’ warehouse and production are in China, and this is also where we will send your order from. A lot of countries including for example the E.U. and USA charge import duties and import taxes.
USA: To find out how much import taxes and duties you would have to pay to import into USA, call your national customs office or ask ChatGPT.
European Union: The import taxes and duties of each EU country differ. Let’s take Germany as an example. Germany charges like this: (Order Price + Delivery Price) * (19% VAT + 3% Duties). This means you can generally expect to pay 22% on top of the total you paid to our web shop. If you buy the goods as a business and your business can claim back VAT, then the 19% will be returned to your business by the Tax office - however, this will need to be reconfirmed with your tax accountant.
Other countries: We don’t know the import taxes and duties of each country. We suggest you ask your local customs office to get a precise answer or you ask ChatGPT for a rough estimate.
Packaging: 2HEX Worldshop's custom printed decks are each shrink wrapped. Multiple decks are packed together in one carton box.
Griptape: Griptape can be bought separately in our shop. It does not come for free with deck purchases.
